Nursing School

Well, we are quickly approaching midterm, and I am proud to say that I am doing super well!!! I have been making all A's and B's so far, and I couldn't be happier. I can't believe that my lowest grade so far has been an 87%!! Things have really been going my way, and I sure hope they continue to do so!! Ashley

Tristan Started Head Start, and now its over.

AshleyWell Thursday was Tristan's first day of Head Start and I guess that was his last. I took him for his orientation and first day Thursday. The next day I find out his father didn't take him on Friday. Tristan just got home from a weekend with his Dad's and saw his backpack and asked about his new school. If his attendance doesn't meet their requirements then he is put back on the waiting list.

Since his father's side doesn't think that he needs to go, and that it is only for "welfare children" anyways, they have decided to take something away from Tristan that he would have really enjoyed. Why put him through the testing with needles if you didn't intend to let him go. Why would you knowingly take a child to a neat fun place knowing that you aren't gonna take him back.

Stupidity........... More and more I keep seeing how these people don't care who it hurts, even if it is Tristan.

Oh, and as for calling me a Bum for going to school and not working, Travis, you were the reason I never took my scholarships in the first place. I am not a Bum, I am a nursing student working towards a better and more fulfilling life for my family. Can you say that much?

This Bum is going to spend time with her family, and do some studying.
