3 Years From Today
Will and I often enjoy debating ideas, he knows I just like to argue, and even if I don't agree I try to see both sides. So here was our conversation on our way to WalMart the other morning around 3 a.m.
Ashley: Will do you really think that the world is going to end on Dec 21, 2012
Will: Did the world end with in the year 2000 like everyone said?
Ashley: No
Will: When its time its time, I don't think a predicted date matters?
So, what are your thoughts on the world ending on December 21, 2012?

Complete Insanity
It is 2:17 a.m. and I am waiting for Will to get out of the shower so we can hurry to WalMart to pick up the few things we have left to get before Tristan gets home tomorrow!
Hopefully we get it done fast, and I can get home to sleep for a few hours before Christmas at Will's Grandma's......... by the way, I think I am supposed to bake something to take, but I always get something good thrown together just in time. Maybe I can just buy some cookies at WalMart! lol

Happy Birthday Tristan!!!!
It is 12:34 and I just got done wrapping Tristan's Birthday presents so they are ready whenever he wakes up!! I can't believe its been three years since he arrived! We had a little birthday celebration at Grandma and Hopie's last night, so he could see Hope since she wouldn't have enough time after school tomorrow before Daddy picks up the Birthday Boy!
He had such a good time, and was happiest with a Nerf Gun from Great Grandma that shot balls at everyone!! He also was thrilled with his Thomas Decoration (equipped with Thomas, Percy, and James in Tidmouth Sheds for all you Thomas-Heads out there) , and kept saying, "Wow, Grandma, is this really for me?"
Time Flies, it seems like yesterday he looked like this!
My Baby just keeps growing, its sooo amazing watching him grow before my very eyes! (His shirt in the above picture says "I don't sleep, NOBODY does", this is normally very true, and Tristan ends up in bed with Mommy almost every single night, but at 12:01 a.m. I heard him fall out of his bed, and let out a little cry, as I went to his room, and looked in, I found he got back up in his bed, and fell back asleep. If that would've happened when he was 2 years old, he wouldve screamed bloody murder for me to get him, but I guess they mature a lot at 3!! (but really, I was pretty proud that he picked himself back up without needing his mommy...........even if it did hurt my pride a little!!!!)

Everything that you have accomplished with your GED and CNA, all in such a short time is truly amazing!
I am soooo happy to have a wonderful SOBER Momma!
Oh, and don't forget, if you don't call me first and tell me what they say, I will stab you in the eye with a fork! (Im not kidding!)

Thoughts for today
The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, gifted ability, or skill. It will make or break a company, a church, a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace from that day. We cannot change our past, we cannot change the fact that people will act in certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing that we can do is play on the one string that we have and this string is, Attitude. I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me and ninety percent how I react to it. And so it is with you....We are in charge of our Attitudes. -- Charles Swindoll

Enjoying the Warmth of The Season!
I am loving the winter season already! I love winter, and cooking and warm foods! I am enjoying my time home with Tristan, and we have been cooking fools! Tonight since he is with his dad, I opted for Chili for me and Will! Its really my fav (with peanut butter sandwiches of course :))
I tried out a new Broccoli and Cheese recipe that was out of this world yesterday! I got the best compliment on my Cinnamon Rolls from my Grandma on Thanksgiving! (Grandpa even admitted in front of Grandma that mine were just as good if not better!)

DUR
Umm, Will, I love you soooooo very much, but you have to remember one key thing! My dad is a detective! hahaha
Story goes, don't tell your girlfriend that you are going to surprise her, then leave the phone book open to Steve Jones Plumbing so said girlfriend immediately knows you are getting that water heater I was cursing about last night! I love you and I am thankful for everything you do for me, but just know............ I can't help it! I don't find things out just to be a jerk, its just me. I always predict the right ending to a book or movie, its hard to throw me for a loop. Im very sharp!
Its my only downfall (besides being a complete a** in the mornings), sorry my love!

Tristans Big Christmas Present
I am soooo excited to announce that we are going to be able to get Tristan what we wanted to for Christmas!!!! We have got the loan, and head out tomorrow to pick up it up!
We will still have some odds and ends to get with it, but all in all, this is soooo exciting! Tristan's father is amazing on anything with wheels, and I hope his son gets this wonderful talent from him!
This bike is an actual race bike. It will be equipped with training wheels at first, but after setting him up for some lessons, Im excited to see his true potential! Who knows, maybe my baby will be the next big racing star!!!! (I know, but Im a momma, and I can dream ok?)
