Officially Moved!!

Well, I am officially moved out of my apartment and in with Will. I am really excited, but on the same note, I didn't want to have to give my keys up!

I know I made a good decision though, so no regrets!

I finally feel like things keep going my way,that means a lot to me! I wake up every morning and am truly thankful now!!

Easter Bunny and Thomas are in Cahoots

Well these pictures are pictures of the models the Easter Bunny brought Tristan, but with the 2 packs of expansion pack, our living room is now a working example of a Thomas Expo. Will and Tristan has arranged the track in loops and swirls, up and over the fireplace. When the McReynolds stopped by on Easter to visit with us, everyone had to step over the trains.

It always starts out small, we are in the process of getting ready to paint Tristan's room (aka-Will's current drum room) , and after deciding on Thomas trains, Will said that his drums will have to go out to the garage and be set up, because the spare bedroom has to be the dedicated Thomas room! He told me "Sorry Honey, I'm still a 5 year old at heart!"

How can I be mad about that?!?!?!?!?!

Painting Fools!!

Well its no secret that I have decided to move in with Will, we have talked alot about this move, and we both feel it is for the best. So we moved Tristan's bed, and grabbed our essentials and have been gradually grabbing things.

Will has a really nice place, but the walls needed a little paint on them! We went to Menards Saturday after cleaning out the garage to make room for my stuff, and bought paint for both bathrooms and Tristan's room.


As you can see, the walls have the Wayne's Coating so far up, then the trim, so we went with a darker color, and boy did it all pop!!! I love the way this bathroom turned out! Now that we painted the Master Bathroom, Will is wanting to paint our bedroom!


Oh, and by the way, there was absolutely nooooo taping going on in this house. Will is anti-tape, so I had to step it up and pay attention! We had soo much fun painting pictures on the wall until we got ready to paint over it! The I love you was my favorite! It was a team effort!

My Smarty-Pants!

I picked up Tristan from daycare the other day, and he had a lion that they made, well half of the time before we get to the car its broken whatever it is, because he has to carry it... (i guess he thinks ill break it lol).... anyways this lion's eye fell off before we got off the steps at daycare. I picked him and the eye up and promised to fix it. I got him put in the car, put the lion in the seat beside me with the loose eye, and started driving.

WRONG...... we had a tantrum!!!

Tristan: "Mommy we have to fix my lion's eye."

Mommy: "Tristan we will have to get some glue, I don't have any glue."

Tristan: "Mary (Mary Bergbower-works for daycare) has glue, go back to B Beez." (aka Busy Beez)

Sooooooo I went ahead and went to work, and picked up a glue stick there, so I didn't have to go into daycare and ask to borrow their glue for our deformed lion....

He doesn't miss much, my little Smarty-Pants!

Death

I got a text message at 3:00 this morning from Dana Reynolds saying "thad died". Dana is Thad Welkers girlfriend. When I woke up this morning and saw my phone I immediately called her back... she didn't answer so I called her dad and found out that Thad did pass away.

I wasn't close with Thad, but he used to go to Awana back in the day. Dana and I on the other hand used to be very close.

Its weird seeing people and being so close to them, running in the same circles, but not ending up in the same place. People dying is weird for me. No one really close to me has ever died, so its almost like it doesn't hit me as hard as others losing their loved ones. Who knows maybe I am weird.

I feel for Dana and Thad's Family in this horrible time. Please pray for their family, Im sure they will need them.

What Yucky Weather!

Well, I am sooo tired of this yucky weather! I am ready for some nice warm days!

Its all math with me, let me explain my life equation:

Lots of Rain + Tristan = Big Muddy Mess

Big Muddy Mess + Bathtub = Soaked Muddy Bathroom

Soaked Muddy Bathroom + Tristan = Little Boy with the sniffles

So I deal with that, and now I have snow????

Hi Ho-Hi Ho- Back To School I Go!!!

Guess what!?!?

I am finally going to go back to school and get some college under my belt! I am soooooo excited to be starting classes next month if everything goes as planned!

I have a meeting today at 2:00 in Robinson!!!

There have been several times I have thought to myself........ I would really like to go to school, but I just never had the time. I talked to Will and he said if I wanted to go, then we would find a way! So, I did some checking and its really more workable then I thought.

Im going to go for nursing. You have to have your CNA before you can get into the nursing program, so I am going to take the summer semester so I can have my CNA by fall. If all goes as planned then I would be right on track for starting the nursing program this fall, which will allow me to have my RN in two years!!!!!
